PHEW, THAT WAS CLOSE . . .

. . . from the sounds of it, America nearly had an IDIOT for its vice president.

This is disturbing information.

First this, now apparently she has no knowledge of geography either??

Mind you, I guess we shouldn't be all that surprised when Dubya managed to confuse Iraq and Afghanistan and declare war on the wrong country?

Anyway . . . flying visit. I'm heading for Glasgow's "official" fireworks celebration. Yesterday's celebration, which was ACTUALLY Guy Fawkes, was postponed due to the Celtic match. I should point out that even though I'm ostensibly a Celtic fan, I have no idea what the result was . . .

Anyway, proper post later . . . alcohol intake permitting!!!
